Sheila Dahl
Travel Agent InstructorSheila Dahl has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. In 1976, Sheila graduated from Stratford Women’s College with a degree in Travel & Public Relations. Sheila has over 20 years of Leisure Travel Agent experience with highly successful travel agencies where she booked flights, hotels, cruises, and package tours for her clients. Following her position as a leisure agent, she was hired by Sun Country Airlines and booked travel arrangements for airline customers.
In 1999, Sheila moved to the Travel Department at Sun Country where she was responsible for the travel arrangements and flight benefits of airline employees. She was promoted to manager after just one year. In addition, Sheila was the Manager of Champion Air’s Travel Department from 2002 to 2008 where she was responsible for coordinating all of the travel arrangements for charter airline operations. Her extensive knowledge of the travel agency operations and airline management experience will leave you with all the tools necessary to succeed in the travel industry.
